1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the easy13.vip website, the easy13 mobile app, and all services and products offered by the easy13 platform ("Services"). These Terms apply to all users, visitors, and members who access or use our Services.

Easy13 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Any account confirmed to be owned by a minor will be closed immediately and the associated balance forfeited.

3Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the easy13 platform. Multiple account ownership by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

• Providing truthful, accurate and complete information during registration
• Update your account information promptly if any changes occur
• Maintaining confidentiality of your username and password at all times
• Not sharing your account with any other individual
• Notify easy13 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization

4Deposit & Withdrawal

5Bonus & Promotions

6Game Rules

All games offered by easy13 use certified random number generators (RNG) and/or genuinely trained live dealers. Game results are final and cannot be disputed once a round or hand is completed.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the easy13 platform and may result in immediate account closure without notice, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where necessary:

• Colluding with other players to manipulating game outcomes

The maximum total liability of easy13 to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10Account Closure & Suspension

Easy13 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected involvement in fraud, money laundering or other illegal activities
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process
• Ownership multiple accounts
• Closure request by the member themselves through official support channels

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our customer support team. Valid balances (excluding bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements) will be returned to the member's registered bank account within the stipulated timeframe.

11Terms Amendment
